Throughout my career, I have managed and executed high-value transactions, managed substantial portfolios across multiple asset classes and jurisdictions, founded and led innovative companies, and held pivotal strategic positions on the boards of both private and publicly listed companies.

At Orsus Ventures, I utilize my experience to assist institutional investors, companies, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals with complex commercial negotiations, strategic transactions, investments and venture building.

In addition to my transactional and operational leadership, I specialize in transformative corporate governance across complex financial, regulatory, and technological environments. I have held roles as a Shareholder Representative Director and Non-Executive Director on boards of both private and publicly listed companies, notably facilitating one of the largest percentage sales of a holding in a listed company. My experience also includes Non-Executive Director positions at various innovative firms in sectors such as banking, fintech, and computer game development.
